Following years in the Umbrella and Financial Services industry, we wanted a change. More specifically, the way people work and are rewarded. Pay Me Green was born from the idea that every business, no matter the industry, can contribute to the future success of our planet.
As a family-run business, we work hard to ensure we are transparent, conscientious and active in our efforts in saving the planet.
Making a difference
PMG have partnered with a several organisations to ensure we do our part. Our philosophy of being green expands to transparency and good business ethics. Through careful due diligence and research into the practices of listed charities, we have focused on organisations that do not profit from any donations or collaborations. All proceeds must go to our chosen effort or mission, and be monitored in its progress.
We have focused on the environment, education, poverty and endangered animals.

We have teamed up with Ecologi to restore our planet together by planting over 12 trees per employee, every month in the most needed areas of the world with particular focus on Madagascar, Mozambique and Nicaragua. Partnered with Eden Reforestation, our efforts help to support communities and reduce poverty by employing local workers.
As part of the Climate Positive Workforce with Ecologi, our team’s personal and professional efforts are focused on growing a company forest planting over 720 trees every year and reducing 54 tonnes of CO2.

Electricity drives our lifestyles. Although some 790 million people in the world still lack access to electricity, for the rest, everything from a computer to a television to refrigerator needs energy.
We don’t have to give up our appliances - but we can use them in a way that doesn’t waste energy.
Since Covid-19, we have suspended our offices in the UK and instead, relocated ourselves to London saving commercial space and unnecessary corporate emissions in travel efforts. We continue to encourage our staff to work remotely from home, driving efficiency and personal productivity whilst saving on travel emissions and costs.
Although many agencies and recruiters charge both the client and worker a fee, we do not do this. Nor do we work with agencies who do. We believe in ‘Green’ encompassing its whole meaning. PMG will support ethical work and its approach, and try to promote and support them however possible.

As a business, we hold a very low carbon footprint since eliminating unnecessary office space, utilities and energy such as printers. We encourage everyone to try reducing their carbon emissions and to pick their preferred method to offset. Have a go...

A charity whose core mission is to create a humane world and protect all animals – in the wild, on the streets, in laboratories, on factory farms and in people's homes.
Their extraordinary work helps protect animals globally!
Partnered with Charitable Giving our contractors, workers and employees are encouraged to donate a minimum of £1 per week in aid of HSI ( or £5 per month ) in aid of saving the global wildlife and reducing its endangerment.
